Description.
The nice non-smoking flat is quietly and yet centrally located in a detached house in a new development area in the north of Haltern. To the city centre it is approx. 1 km and to the railway station Haltern am See approx. 2 km. The flat is newly furnished, on the ground floor and has a step-free entrance area. The flat also has a large balcony and a barbecue is available on request. All cycling and hiking trails, as well as sights in the town centre are not far away and can be reached in a few minutes. A parking space and a bicycle shelter are available at the house.

It consists of a living/bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and induction hob and a small dining area as well as shower/WC. SAT-TV and radio are also part of the equipment. A large balcony with garden furniture belongs to the flat. A bicycle shelter and a free parking space at the house are also available. Pets on request. Bed linen and towels are included. An extra child's bed would also be possible on request.
