The house is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- The walled town of Concarneau, with its multitude of shops
- Several beaches to visit
- Visit to the Glénan islands, as well as the old town of Quimper, the seaside resort of Bénodet, the charming town of Pont-aven, the Forêt Fouesnant and its harbour home to racing yachts.
- Visit Trégunc, the neighbouring commune is the Finistère commune with the longest coastline in Brittany with a 20 km seafront.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park near the accommodation.
