Rustic-elegant, two-storey holiday home Villa Margherita is located in Scario’s exclusive residential area "Zona Marcaneto", an area preferred and chosen by well-to-do city dwellers as a summer retreat.

COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY HOME IN A TASTEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD At Villa Margherita, a tasteful and at the same time cozy atmosphere welcomes you. The holiday home has got a spacious, airy and bright living-dining room and a kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment) on the ground floor, three bedrooms (double bed; two with twin beds) on the 1st floor and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet; bathtub/WC/bidet). The living-dining room and the kitchen open onto the roofed terrace. Villa Margherita features SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning and washing machine; a children’s bed can be provided (extra charge). Parking is available for up to three cars. OUTDOOR AREA - Villa Margherita’s 'outdoor living space' with three terraces and a large garden is beautifully designed and well-tended. To soak up the sun, the large sun terrace is the perfect spot to put up a lounger; if you want to read a book, for example, you might prefer to do so in the shade of the trees.
The roofed terrace right in front of the house is a wonderful spot for out-door meals and leisurely get-togethers in the evening. After the sun has set over the sea, the cleverly designed garden lighting creates an enchanting atmosphere. FURTHER INFORMATION The nearest beach is ca. 1.5 km from Villa Margherita.
Grocery stores, café bars and restaurants are found in the center of Scario (ca. 800 m). Villa Margherita’s location, bordering on the core zone of the National Park, is very convenient. At Infreschi marine nature park between Scario and Marina di Camerota, you get to discover the Cilento as a bathing and hiking paradise.
Stopping by the medieval mountain village of S. Giovanni a Piro and climbing Monte Bulgheria are also worth your while. Bed linen & towels: one-time furnishing included - Change of bed linen & towels possible on site for € 10 /pers. per week Please mind: Should you not be traveling as a couple/couples and require separate bedrooms, an extra of € 30 /week is charged for bed linen. - Please advise when booking. Alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch ein Fön war vorhanden. Lediglich die Dusche ist in die Jahre gekommen.
