Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 126 m² house for rent in Asnelles, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features a 38 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 500 m² garden.
The dwelling is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 38 m² living room with sofas and TV
- A dining area to enjoy a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A beautiful 500 m² garden
- Two terraces: one of 20m² facing south and another of 12m² facing the sea
- Two sets of garden furniture with 3 deckchairs and parasol to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Asnelles, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. There's a train station 10km away, a doctor and pharmacy 5km away, and shops 500m away on foot...

Les Fuchsias Great place, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Its location is ideal for exploring the D-day beaches, memorials and museums. Asnelles is a lovely spot, serviced by an excellent restaurant (La Cale), burger bar (Cabine) , coffee shop (Les Sables D’Asnelles) and wonderful bakery. Definitely worth a visit!
