Arrival / Departure
The holiday apartment can be occupied from 4:00 PM on your arrival day.
If you arrive after 7:00 PM, please notify us by 2:00 PM.
Departure is by 10:30 AM after inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
Other arrival and departure times can be arranged individually with the landlord.
Should the tenant not appear by 10:00 PM on the day of arrival, the contract is considered terminated after a period of 48 hours without notification to the landlord.
The landlord may then freely dispose of the property.
A pro-rata refund of the rent (see booking/cancellation) due to early departure will generally not be made. Special requests and side agreements are generally possible.
