On the Hauts de Thiers, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, this old vineyard house has been recently restored and refurbished.
The district, calm and quiet, has retained its rural character with an exceptional panorama on the chain of Puys (classified UNESCO). Equipped kitchen, living room with a wood stove (wood provided free of charge), bedroom with a 140 bed and a single bed 90, bedroom with large divisible bed: 2 X 80, large living-dining room with sofa bed, bathroom and separate WC. For rest, garden furniture and separate shelter, children's games, secure, flat and shaded access.
Private parking, motorbike shelter.
Swimming pool, swimming and leisure centers, museums and hiking trails are nearby.
Electric heating according to consumption (around € 50 per week in winter). Non smoking cottage.
All shops and entertainment in Thiers (Knife Festival of Coutellia, Pamparina, visit of the medieval city, manufactures valley, cutelery museum, and contemporary art centre.
Easy access by highway A89, Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand at 40 min.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte, propre, au calme avec un jardin agréable et une très belle vue sur les monts. Le gîte est bien équipé. Il y a des étangs à proximité (10 à 15 minutes en voiture permettant la baignade ce qui est bien pratique avec des enfants), merci de votre accueil !

Séjour très agréable et reposant ; le jardin invite à la détente après une belle randonnée dans les environs. L'emplacement du gîte offre une vue époustouflante et inoubliable sur la chaîne des Puys. Le gîte est très bien équipé et confortable. Je le recommande vivement pour les amis de la nature et du repos.

Neuf jours ensoleillés avec une magnifique vue sur la chaine des volcans. Un agréable petit jardin ombragé pour s'y détendre ou encore pour y prendre l'apéro et diner. Une agréable fraicheur de la maison contrastant d'avec la chaleur extérieure. Petite maison parfaitement située sur les hauts de Thiers.
