Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, and a bathroom (with shower).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby Hoche and Hotel Dieu parking lots, less than 350 meters away (paid parking). El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor, suficiente para una familia de cuatro miembros. Es limpio y coqueto y está muy cerca del centro de Rennes, por lo que lo tienes todo a mano.

Je suis venu, avec ma femme et ma fille, passer quelques jours sur Rennes.
Le logement est situé dans un quartier très calme, avec les transports (métro et bus) à proximité.
Logement très agréable, ce fût un bon séjour.
