- Spacious living-dining room. It has a large HD-TV and a comfortable sofa.


- Balcony with a small table and two chairs, accessible from the living-dining room and with views of the Opera building of the City of Arts and Sciences.

- Practical open-plan kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware. It also has a large table with capacity for more than 6 people.

- Master bedroom with double bed 150x190 cms and large wardrobe.

- Bathroom in the bedroom, with wc, shower with screen.

- Second bedroom with two beds of 90x190 and wardrobe. Its decoration is cheerful and youthful and will delight the little ones.

- The third bedroom has a 90x190 cm trundle bed that converts into a 180x190 cm double bed.

- Shared bathroom located in the corridor, fully equipped with toilet and shower with screen.

The neighbourhood:

Residential neighbourhood in one of the best areas of Valencia. A very quiet area, next to the Turia River Gardens, the green lung of the city with 9 kms of walking distance and the most diverse leisure activities for the whole family. A reference meeting place and a small urban luxury that gives Valencia great popularity, as it is the largest garden in Spain. The closest access to the gardens to the flat leads to the Opera building of the City of Arts and Sciences and the Skatepark. A few minutes' walk away is the Gulliver, a monumental 70-metre sculpture which can be accessed via ramps, slides and stairs, and which represents the moment when Gulliver arrives in the country of Lilliput and is tied up by the Lilliputians. The figure is on such a scale that visitors resemble the inhabitants of Lilliput as they walk on the body of the character created by Jonathan Swift.

Along with the Oceanográfico, the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum and the BioParc, it completes the most attractive and exciting leisure offer for children.

Around the flat there are all kinds of services: restaurants, shopping centres (Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés), supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi...), as well as a wide variety of small shops.
