This spacious flat in Villaharta, located within a large rural Hacienda near Cordoba, is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet and outdoor activities. With 45 m², the accommodation has 1 bedroom and sleeps up to 4 people, ideal for families or small groups. It has a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a comfortable living room with double sofa bed, Smart TV and wifi connection for you to stay connected. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and hairdryer, as well as air conditioning and heat pump heating for a comfortable stay in all seasons.



The flat is located close to the communal pool area, with access to a shared terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a designated barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. There is also secure luggage storage space and mosquito nets throughout the accommodation for undisturbed relaxation.




Common areas and surroundings


The Hacienda offers a variety of shared areas to enrich the holiday experience: a large swimming pool for relaxation and family fun, games area with table tennis, darts, TV and board game areas to encourage socialising, especially for teenagers and children. In addition, a simple gym is available for keeping fit with aerobic routines, yoga or stretching. Remember that these areas have schedules and rules for a responsible and pleasant use by all.



The complex is located in a rural urbanisation with private access and unpaved roads but in good condition, ideal for walks and cycling routes. The plot and the residential area are fenced, guaranteeing security for walks or outdoor activities within the community. In the nearby villages of Villaharta and Espiel you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and a petrol station nearby for any urgent needs. The proximity to Sierra Morena offers multiple options for hiking, bird watching and nature activities.



The covered car park in the same building is accessed by a code provided on the day of arrival, with assistance available should any inconvenience arise. The maintenance and security staff are on hand to help you during your stay and ensure the smooth running of the complex.



Do not forget to respect the rules of coexistence, the timetables for use of the facilities and take care of the communal areas so that all guests enjoy a pleasant stay. In the swimming pool, for example, there is no lifeguard, so it is important to keep an eye on the children at all times.



As we do in all our other CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES properties, we provide all our accommodation with towel and sheet sets. Cots and high chairs are available on request for babies from 0 to 2 years old. And all this, absolutely FREE. CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES guests can also enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT on request, as long as the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings allow.
