Shop 80 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant 150 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Escoles - Sant Esteve" 200 m, railway station "Malgrat de Mar" 240 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 66 km, Mataro 35 km, Sant Pol 20 km, Lloret de Mar 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
