In Saint-Chaffrey, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 32 m² flat with mountain views, close to the slopes, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A 2 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in the Serre Chevalier resort of Saint-Chaffrey, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities - Numerous activities are available in summer: hiking, via ferrata, rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, paragliding, etc. - Hot baths in Monetier, - Swimming at the Casset lake - Skiing, skating... - Indoor swimming pool at Briançon (4 km) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's underground car park, where a space is reserved for the accommodation, or in a public car park close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - A free shuttle bus in front of the car park takes you to the foot of the slopes in less than 5 minutes. - Nearest train station: Briançon station 6.7 km away (about 11 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, 152 km (approx. 2h17 by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (one cat or dog per stay, €30 supplement). - Ski locker available. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
