Location
If you can tear yourself away from Alassio’s beautiful beaches, the town has a lot to offer. The Budello (3 minute's walk) is a charming pedestrian street, full of interesting shops and cafés for you to explore. The town is known for its Art Nouveau architecture and villas. The gardens of the Villa della Pergola are worth a visit, as is the Muretto di Alassio which is tiled with the signatures of many famous visitors, including Ernest Hemingway and Jean Cocteau.

For self-catering the weekly market (Saturday) is a treasure trove of local produce, which you can then enjoy back home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within easy reach.

The closest airport is Genoa airport, a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from the apartment.
