Spacious house with patio and furnished garden, immersed in the luxuriant Selva di Fasano, 20 minutes from the beach.
Casa Alina is a semi-detached house on one floor. The entrance leads directly into the living area consisting of a living room furnished with a sofa, dining table, TV and an open kitchen equipped with oven and microwave.
A corridor runs through the sleeping area, the latter consisting of three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a TV each, and one with two single beds. A bathroom with bidet and shower completes the layout.
The added value of the property is certainly its outdoor spaces: surrounded by a large furnished garden shared with the property on the upper floor, the property also has a private furnished patio and a barbecue for delicious dinners to be enjoyed in the open air.
Available to guests are comforts such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
Guests will be able to make use of four uncovered parking spaces within the property.
*At arrival or a few days prior to arrival guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information regarding your booking in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauties of Italy.
Fasano, located between the provinces of Brindisi and Bari, is dominated by the hills of the forest that gently slope down to the sea through an endless expanse of thousand-year-old olive trees and characteristic masserias. The picturesque historical centre is lime-painted and the numerous churches in the alleys characterise the scenery of the place, together with the imposing historical palaces that tell of this city's glorious past. Piazza Ciaia, the Torrione delle Fogge and the Church of San Giovanni Battista are all worth a visit. The hilly area of Selva dominates the town with its villas surrounded by greenery and the Minaret. To the east are the seaside villages, in particular Savelletri and Torre Canne, and the Archaeological Park of Egnatia. Just a few kilometres away is Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a World Heritage Site since 1996, Ostuni, the famous White City, and Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (60 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its "sassi" and European capital of culture.
The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (50 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
