Casa Oliva is a single-story holiday home owned by Belgian owners, situated in the quiet villa neighborhood of San Jaime near Moraira.
The fully enclosed garden ensures you can relax wonderfully outdoors while maintaining privacy.
Casa Oliva features a lovely private swimming pool, lounge set, private terrace, and barbecue, meaning you don't even have to leave the villa to get that great holiday feeling.
With Moraira a short drive away (9 min), you can quickly reach the city's vibrancy from Casa Oliva.
And within a 5-minute drive, you are at the most beautiful beaches, such as Cala Baladrar and Playa Moraira.

In the living room, a spacious seating area has been created with a smart TV (TV-Vlaanderen). You can also log in to your own streaming service. From the living room, you can walk straight onto the terrace, which provides a wonderful sense of freedom.
Additionally, there is a dining table with 8 chairs in the living room, ensuring enough space for everyone. The kitchen is semi-open and thus integrated with the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and ample kitchenware.
A hallway leads to the three bedrooms and separate toilet.
Thanks to the white walls, these feel wonderfully spacious, and the beautiful, ornate wooden doors make them stand out even more.

This is the perfect spot to prepare a delicious meal in the evening and relax together. On the other side of the villa, is the outdoor shower, and plenty of room left for sun loungers if you wish to unwind.

If more than 1 gas bottle is consumed per week, you will pay the excess consumption in cash on site at € 11.00 per day. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, during which intermediate cleaning and the changing of bed linen and towels are mandatory.
Winter rates exclude intermediate cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, booking fees, the calamity fund, and SGR guarantee.

Heel fijn huis met uitzicht.

Goede eettafel en stoelen buiten en een leuke loungehoek. Weberbbq.
2pers bed 150/200, andere bedden waren 190 lang, maar de bedden lagen goed.
Internet deed het bij aankomst niet, maar dit werd direct opgelost.
De berg af lopend naar Moraira en terug met de taxi is prima te doen.

The house is very convenient to the sun, even in the fall you always have a sunny spot. It was really super clean. The service from contact Stephan was fast and good. The house is also very complete and just as beautiful as in the pictures.
