In Montreuil-Bellay, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming single-storey house for rent, with a floor area of 61 m² and able to accommodate up to 5 travellers.
It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 60 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - 24 m² living room with sofa bed (extra bed for a child), TV - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., - Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2 : two single beds - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A 12m² terrace at the back of the house - A 32m² terrace in front of the kitchen and living room, with plancha, garden furniture and parasol, to make the most of the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very quiet area, in a housing estate close to shops (bakery, butcher's, newsagent's, tobacconist's, mini-market, chemist's, supermarket, etc.) and a park with a children's play area nearby.
Municipal swimming pool less than a kilometre away. Several charging points for electric vehicles in the town centre. Activities : Swimming pool, playground, canoes, Loire château 1km away. Accrobranche 10km away.
