⭐ Discover our beautiful T2 of 42m2 located in Montbonnot in a Residence on the 2nd floor with lift. 🏢 This flat comprises: - a living room with sofa bed, a perfectly equipped open kitchen opening onto a double terrace fitted out for your comfort. - a bedroom with 140 cm bed and storage space - a shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine - a separate WC 🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas: - a double bed in the bedroom - a sofa bed in the living room. ⭐ Travel in comfort with kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker), air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.
You'll also be able to take advantage of fiber optics! 🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly".
After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to check the validity of your bank card.
This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the flat, and does not result in your credit card being debited or blocked.

Het appartement is zeer ruim en heel schoon. Alle keukengerei is nieuw en compleet. Er is veel opbergruimte. De locatie was perfect voor ons, niet te dicht bij het centrum, maar in een rustige buitenwijk.
Negative:
Er waren slechts twee handdoeken aanwezig, terwijl ik voor vier personen had geboekt.

Le calme, les espaces bien aménagés, l'arrivée et le départ autonomes, le confort de la literie, la climatisation qui chauffait rapidement.
Negative:
La douche un peu étroite et dont le mitigeur était trop sensible au moindre mouvement.
