Description of the accommodation

Cosy and elegant holiday flat in the quiet residential area Bon Relax of Sant Pere Pescador, located on the second floor of a beautiful holiday resort with lift and communal pool. The resort is located close to the centre of Sant Pere Pescador.
This fully renovated flat overlooking the apple orchards is equipped with all amenities. The accommodation is decorated in a Mediterranean style, it is bright and from the living room you have a beautiful view of the pool.
Through the separate dining area you enter the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare a delicious dinner after a nice day on holiday.
In the second bedroom there is a double bed and a high double bed, please note that this high bed is very close to the ceiling.
The communal garden and also the pool may only be used by residents of the holiday resort. There is a parking space for each holiday flat on the lower floor of the building. Pets are not allowed in the garden or the pool.
The accommodation is located next to the picturesque village of San Pere Pescador. A perfect location, just a few minutes from the quiet beaches, which are ideal for the little ones with their fine sand, shallow depth and gentle slope.
Some areas of the beach are open for kitesurfing and windsurfing, they are separate without disturbing the bathers.
10 minutes away is the famous Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà with a rich biodiversity of flora and fauna. Not forgetting the Dali Museum in Figueres, less than 30 minutes from Sant Pere Pescador, and the main beaches of the Bay of Roses, L'Escala, Empuriabrava, Roses and Cap de Creus.
