Do you love golf? Then you've come to the right place! This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom villa offers views of the 6th hole and 7th hole of La Finca golf course in Algorfa. The flat is located in a gated community with access to a communal swimming pool and a private swimming pool as well as a communal car park.

On the ground floor you will find the large living room with fireplace and air conditioning, dining area, American, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms for two people each with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. A staircase leads to a mezzanine floor on the first floor. Here you will find a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and adjoining bathroom.
