Description of the accommodation

This beautiful house is part of a village on the border between the Etruscan coast and the Maremma, not far from the beautiful beaches of Baratti and San Vincenzo.
From this location you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, just a few kilometres from the sea.
The village is located on a hill, is a traditional stone building, completely and carefully renovated, maintaining the cosy old style, yet offering all the amenities you need to spend a great holiday.
The interiors of the flats have also been renovated in a warm Tuscan style, with wooden beams and all furnished and equipped for the comfort of our guests.

At guests' disposal: swimming pool, private garden with barbecue, air conditioning, tennis court and table tennis, high chair and cot, car park.
The double bedrooms are 2, one is in the attic to the living room and the other bedroom with double bed.
Wifi is free, there is only one common area pool and solarium

Start your day with a morning walk through the centre 3 km away. There is a restaurant 1 km away and the nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Here you can mark a delicious breakfast in the morning. Bicycles are also available to explore the area.
The sea is 7 km away if you want to spend a day on the shore of the bay or watch beautiful sunsets.
