This comfortable holiday home is magnificently situated in private grounds with views of the Château de Montréal in the Perigord.

The 18th century grounds, which include the owner's house, the holiday home and another holiday home for rent, are set in the hills of La Vallée de la Crempse, in the heart of the oldest forests in the Perigord.

The holiday home has been decorated in the French theme of Les Coquelicots. It has a spacious living room, chairs and a sofa (which can also be used as a bed), satellite TV and a simple kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and ironing board.
The cheerful flower room has a double bed and various spacious wardrobes. There is also a west-facing terrace by the house where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

The property is ideally located for visiting various wine routes, such as those of Bergerac and Bordeaux.

For those who want to be active, there are wonderful opportunities for hiking, cycling or mountain biking in the surrounding area. There are various storage facilities for bicycles on the site itself.

After a wonderful day, you can end the day in the free jacuzzi!
