In einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen. Schöner Pool und Sonnenliegen. Sauberer und komfortabler Wohnbereich im ersten Stock mit großzügiger Terrasse, authentisch möbliert. Freundliche Eigentümer, die den Gemeinschaftspool nie genutzt haben. Ausflüge nach Todi, Panicale, Perugia usw. sind innerhalb einer Stunde möglich.
