Cosy terraced house in Colonia de Sant Pere, a quiet beach area in the northeast of Mallorca, in the municipality of Arta.The house is located 100 metres from a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families with children.The house, with a fresh Mediterranean decor, has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one outside), a spacious living room with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful patio to enjoy relaxing summer evenings with family or friends.The house has air conditioning, fans and WIFI internet and is a perfect base for hikers, as from here you can take exciting mountain routes or walks along the coast.
