Description of the accommodation

The Mediterranean-style outdoor area invites you to spend an afternoon with the family on the veranda. Here you can relax with a view of the 8.5m x 4.5m chlorinated water pool, which is between 1.2m and 2m deep. Perhaps with a cosy barbecue? You can soak up the sun on six sunloungers. An outdoor bathroom with shower is particularly practical after a dip in the pool. The property is fenced and there are a few neighbours in the area.

The living/dining room is ideal for watching TV (satellite reception), an afternoon DVD or reading. From here you have access to the terrace with a view of the greenery. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a gas hob and all important household appliances and utensils. Also on the ground floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub. One single bedroom also has a door leading to the same terrace as the living room. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Should it get cooler, central heating is available in the house. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The village of Vilafranca de Bonany is only about 300 metres away and belongs to the Pla des Mallorca, a tranquil area that is mainly characterised by agriculture. Via the Ma-15 it is easy to visit the eastern beaches, including Porto Cristo, Porto Colom, Cala Morlanda and Cala Magraner, to name but a few. The town of Manacor, approx. 11 km away, is ideal for shopping or eating out. The town of Sineu, known for its Wednesday market and good cuisine, is approx. 20 minutes away by car.

The air conditioning is available 10 hours a day free of charge. The predefined schedule is from 21: 30-22: 00 to 07: 30-08: 00, although it is possible to choose it. If you want to use it more than 10 hours a day, the cost is 0.50 EUR / hour for each room with air conditioning. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 3 cars. There is parking for 1 car in the garage.

Tourist licence: ETV/7666The Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) must be paid in cash on arrival. The amount to be paid is between 0.55€ per night and guest in the low season and 2.2€ per night and guest in the high season. From the 9th day the tax is reduced by half. Persons under the age of 16 are exempt.
