Spacious, comfortable holiday home in the small village of Verrastrand, on the east coast of the Fosenhalvøya peninsula.
It offers panoramic views of the fjord and the surrounding landscape! Enjoy the view and the tranquility from the house's veranda.
Inside the cozy house, you'll find 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 1 toilet on the upper floor, among other amenities.
Pleasant underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms.
You will stay here in a quiet environment, next to the owner's residential house.
The house has been comfortably furnished and after a successful fishing trip, the wood-burning stove in the living room invites you to relax.
TV with channels like ARD and ZDF available.
Also, internet with limited speed.
Only 175 m to the fish-rich fjord, known for its good cod stocks.
A drivable road leads there, with parking only 4 m from the boat mooring.
Due to the tidal range (up to 3m), a ladder may need to be used to board or disembark the boat.
A 14.5-foot boat with an 8 HP engine and life jackets is moored on the shore and is available to you free of charge.
Additionally, a 15-foot boat with a 10 HP engine and life jackets can be rented for NOK 200,-/day. Furthermore, an extra 14-foot boat with a 25 HP engine and life jackets can be rented for NOK 300,-/day. ALL BOATS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR USE OR RENTAL BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND OCTOBER 1ST. sehr großes Haus, gut eingerichtet.Man findet alles was man braucht, auch wenn man manchmal etwas suchen muss.Sehr freundlicher, immer hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen.Wer Angeln oder Bootfahren will, muss vorher mit dem Auto zur Anlegestelle.Der Seitenarm des Trondheimfjord...

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Ferienhaus in Follafoss! Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Fjord war einfach atemberaubend, und wir haben stundenlang die Aussicht genossen. Das Haus war geräumig genug für unsere zehnköpfige Gruppe, und die Kinder liebten den Garten. Auf jeden Fall ein Ort, an den wir gerne zurückkehren würden.

Geräumiges Haus. Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage, von der aus wir die Rehe auf der Wiese beobachten konnten. / Hervorragende Regendusche und sogar ein Whirlpool. / Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. / Kleines Motorboot steht für den gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung.
