Built in the 1970s, this villa was one of the first houses to be built on this beautiful hillside near the famous town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. And as the saying goes: first come, first served. From the garden you have a breathtaking view of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Mediterranean Sea in the background. Other villas have since been built on the hill (including that of racing fan Schumacher and the homes of other celebrities) and it is still a great place to live in a peaceful and green setting.

You won't be able to resist a visit to the famous town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Fondation Maeght (both 2 kilometres away). And what about Vence (6 km) and the perfume town of Grasse (19 km)? Cannes, Antibes and Nice are about half an hour's drive away. The beaches are around 12 km away.
