Description of accommodation

This quietly located, luxurious villa with heated indoor pool, sauna and roof terrace is situated on a private estate of the homeowner, who lives in the nearby house.

This villa has a modern interior and is equipped with all amenities. Thanks to the large windows, plenty of light floods in. On the cooler days, it's lovely to spend an evening by the open fire or relax in the sauna. But you can of course also swim a few lengths in the indoor pool. In summer, it's time to relax on the roof terrace, which offers a marvellous panoramic view. The children can have fun in the playroom or on the swing and slide in the fenced garden, while you make the preparations for a successful barbecue party. This villa is primarily aimed at families and relatives.

For your daily shopping, the supermarket is 500 metres away. You will also find shops and restaurants within the same distance.
There are various hiking routes starting from the villa, including to the nearby forest. This region has many activities and sights to offer: Dinant aan de Maas (22 km) with the citadel, the valley of Molignée, the abbey of Maredsous (15 km), the villages of Falaën and Sosoye and of course the capital of Wallonia: Namur.

Information swimming pool
The swimming pool with sauna is accessible via a door with access code and is available from 9am to 9pm. The owner reserves the right to have a document signed in connection with your liability. We ask you not to leave children alone and unsupervised by the swimming pool.

Information capacity
For safety reasons and insurance, the maximum number of people in the flat is 9 (including babies). Overcrowding is not allowed in any way. The owner may then refuse further access to the flat.

This flat is not rented to groups of young people to maintain peace and quiet
The organisation of student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited in this house
