Living room with kitchenette, dining area and couch, 2 bedrooms, south-west facing, large south-facing balcony, bathroom with bathtub and WC, ideal for families. On request also bookable as a 2-room flat for 2 persons.

Our house is situated in a sunny and quiet location 5 minutes walk from the centre in a large natural meadow. The comfortably furnished flats have a large south or west-facing balcony and offer enough space for 2-5 people.
In winter, the landscape is characterised by cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails, but the sunny plateau also knows how to delight its guests in summer with extensive hiking trails, varied bike routes and culinary specialities.
Between dense forests and lush alpine meadows, hearty Tyrolean hut specialities and freshly tapped delicacies invite exhausted hikers to the table, while crystal-clear mountain lakes and glittering torrents offer welcome refreshment along the way.
Cross-country skiing through picturesque snowy landscapes, extensive winter hikes, snow-sure skiing fun on wide pistes, plus top-class sporting events and a varied cultural programme from the Christmas market in the historic village centre to chapel hikes by torchlight.
In addition, the well-developed regional transport system enables environmentally friendly travel throughout the region - the guest card is also valid as a ticket for regional transport.
