Description of accommodation

This holiday home with its own hot tub is just a few minutes' walk from the child-friendly beach on Lake Kvie, where you will also find pedal boat hire, an ice cream kiosk and a restaurant. All rooms in the house are spacious and equipped with good beds. One of the house's two bathrooms has a whirlpool bath and there is cosy underfloor heating in both bathrooms. There is also underfloor heating in the eat-in kitchen, as well as an air-to-air heat pump and plenty of natural light through the large window. Television with Danish channels and Chromecast for streaming your own providers. There is also a large TV package from the provider Stofa, which can be watched on the TV, which is controlled by a tablet in the house. Internet connection with 1000/1000 MB. The property also has swings and a shelter for an overnight stay in the open air. Free access to the water park (Swim & Play) and 1 hour of free bowling per person per day at the Sportium in Varde. No rentals to youth groups and no pets allowed in the house! A refundable deposit may be charged shortly before your arrival date. The deposit ensures that your stay runs smoothly and covers any additional services or consumption costs.this deposit covers the consumption of utilities during your stay as well as additional services used.the final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings and use of additional services. Any remaining amount will be refunded to you within 21 days after check-out.

The deposit only serves as a prepayment for services that you would pay for anyway, and allows your stay and check-out to run smoothly.
