Independent villa on the grounds of an ancient 14th-century monastery, recently meticulously renovated while preserving its original features.
The interiors showcase antique furniture belonging to the owner's family, ancient frescoes, majestic fireplaces, and original floors, vaults, and arches.
The complex is surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside, set on 130 hectares of fields and woods, 1 km from the Po River, the longest in Italy, and 13 km from Cremona, a beautiful city also known for violin making (the famous Stradivari was born here). Also worth visiting is the village of Busseto, the birthplace of Giuseppe Verdi.
Continental breakfast and dinner are available (extra charge upon request), prepared by the owner using authentic products in the large living room of the main palace.
The villa is spread over two floors: the ground floor consists of a living room and a dining room separated by an arch that leads to the private garden with a pergola, under which you can dine.
The first floor features a fairytale "children's" room with 4 beds, which opens into a double bedroom.
A bathroom with a jacuzzi is also available. The last 200 meters of the driveway to the accommodation are unpaved. Linen change is included once every 3 nights. A maximum of 2 extra beds are possible for 20 Euros per person per night. Other Wi-Fi: Free
