Description of the accommodation

Very quiet holiday flat, which is part of a beautiful country house, nestled in the tranquillity of the countryside and the vineyards of Colà di Lazise. Simply but cosily furnished.

The pool and tennis court are shared with the owner, who lives in the property.
There is also a large garden and a natural wooded park with a pond, a waterfall and a stream.
Quiet location and ideal for relaxing. Only 1 km from the Villa dei Cedri thermal park and 10 minutes from the beaches of Lazise and the historic centre.

The accommodation is not suitable for children under 14 years of age due to the layout of the natural park around the house.
The owner has 3 docile dogs that run around the property.

This flat is not rented to groups with teenagers to preserve tranquillity
This flat is not suitable for families with children under 14 years of age. For this reason, the landlord does not accept bookings from families with young children
The owner of the house lives in the same house as the holiday apartment
