Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Seefeld region, Landhaus Frenes offers a place of well-being for eventful or relaxing holidays with a breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic view of the village of Seefeld and the "local mountains" Seefelder Spitze and Reither Spitze, Gschwandtkopf, as well as Hocheder and Kalkkögel. Located directly on the Seefelder Geigenbühel and awarded 3 Edelweiß Superior, Landhaus Frenes is close to the center yet still quietly situated.
The Seefeld pedestrian zone can be reached in just a 7-minute walk, and the free Seefeld village bus is available behind the house for a tour of the area.
The four spacious 2- and 3-room holiday apartments, accommodating up to 6 people, are therefore a conveniently located starting point for active holidaymakers and a "peace oasis" for those seeking relaxation.
As we want all allergy sufferers to feel at home here, unfortunately, accommodation for your four-legged friends is not possible. All holiday apartments at the family-run Landhaus Frenes are comfortably furnished in a timeless, rustic style and each have a south-facing balcony or terrace.
The apartments, ranging from 57 to 102 m², offer plenty of space to unwind after an eventful day of hiking or skiing around the Seefeld region and to enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the balcony or terrace.
Self-caterers can appreciate spending evenings together in their own "four holiday walls" but can also indulge in culinary delights at restaurants serving Tyrolean specialties, just a 3-5 minute walk away. In addition to all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable holiday, Landhaus Frenes boasts a 2,400 m² garden, so in summer, nature with colorful meadows awaits you right outside your door.

This is truly a perfect stay! We loved it and it met our needs 100%! If the team wanted to do anything to make the place better, I recommend a collapsible cart or wagon that guests can use to cart groceries home since it is about a 10 minute walk.
