Description of the accommodation

This modern, comfortable holiday home for 4 people is located together with a larger house for 11 people on a plot of 5000 m². Together with this other house you share the pool and the very large, beautifully landscaped garden. The grounds are laid out in such a way that you do not disturb each other. The house has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen.

You can see the famous Monbazillac castle from the house, where wonderfully sweet dessert wines are made.
The centre of the historic town of Bergerac is 7 km away. The town lies on the river Dordogne. The region around Bergerac is dominated by viticulture. To the east of Bergerac lies the Pécharmant (15 km), a wine region that produces powerful red wine, while to the south of Montbazillac (10 km), sweet white and dessert wines are produced.
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy daily markets, good restaurants, sports activities, museums, etc.
