The holiday flat in cosy chalet style is located directly on the Hörnli ski slope (Skiin/Skiout) in winter and in summer directly at the bike park in Arosa. It impresses with its sunny, quiet location and high standard of finish.
The flat has two floors. On the top floor there is a spacious room that can be converted into a children's room or into another couple's room by pushing the single beds together. It offers space for 4 people, with the pull-out sofa up to 5 people. The room with the double bed, the WC and the bathroom with bath and shower are also on the ground floor.
The kitchen with dining area, living area and balcony can be reached without steps. There is a smaller room with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed and another bathroom with shower and WC.
Each bedroom has oak parquet flooring.
The holiday flat is easy to reach. The car can be parked in the garage. Another car can be parked in front of the garage.

Whether it's the unique direct ski-in & ski-out option in the snow-sure snow sports area with 225 kilometres of pistes or the numerous hiking trails and bike trails, everything is right on the doorstep. The newly built semi-detached house is characterised by natural building materials.
