Whether it's the unique direct ski-in & ski-out access in a snow-sure winter sports region with 225 kilometers of slopes or the numerous hiking trails and bike trails, everything is right on your doorstep.
The newly built semi-detached house is characterized by natural building materials. Apartment Description Chalet Sternenhimmel The holiday apartment in a cozy chalet style is located directly on the Hörnli ski slope in winter (ski-in/ski-out) and directly at the bike park in Arosa during the summer.

The attic floor features a spacious room that can be used as a children's room or, by pushing the single beds together, converted into another double room, depending on your needs.
It can accommodate 4 people, or up to 5 with the pull-out sofa.
The room with the double bed, a toilet, and the bathroom with a bathtub and shower are also on the attic floor. The kitchen with a dining area, living area, and balcony are accessible without stairs.
There is a smaller room with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed and another bathroom with a shower and toilet. Oak parquet flooring has been laid in every bedroom. The holiday apartment is easy to reach.
Your car can be parked in the garage.
An additional car can be parked in front of the garage.
