Moonlight Sea View is a beautiful 170 m² house, recently and tastefully renovated, ready to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children .
Upon entering through the front door, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room perfect for families.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, another double with bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers, and a room with a double bed and an annex with an additional double bed (this room is accessed from the previous room).
These two rooms share a bathroom.

Outdoors
At the far end of the living room is a large and beautiful terrace with a unique view. This is where our guests often spend most of their time. It's a special place to dine while enjoying the views and the fresh air of Sitges.
You'll have the privilege of a dining room with incredible views, as well as a chill-out area to relax and enjoy time with friends under the moonlight. There's also a barbecue, perfect for preparing a delicious dinner in the evening overlooking the harbor.
It also features a communal swimming pool.
Location & surroundings
Ideally located just steps from Balmins and San Sebastián beaches, the Aiguadolç marina with its leisure and dining options, and only a 10-minute walk from the town center, this property is perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway.

Good to know
- This house is located in a family community where rules regarding coexistence and noise must be respected. Parties and celebrations are not allowed inside the establishment or on its terraces. This apartment ONLY accepts bookings from families. with children (all ages). Groups of young people are not allowed. In any case, please check before booking.
- Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there will be a small supplement of €30. For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
- Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am. Remember to turn off the air conditioning before leaving. Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
