Refined flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and access to the communal garden, built in 2023, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 persons.
The interior of this accommodation is characterised by elegant furnishings, made of high-quality materials and a design that focuses on comfort.
The property consists of two double bedrooms with separable beds, two bathrooms equipped with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet, a bright living room with kitchenette and a wonderful south-facing terrace with direct access to the communal garden.
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The generous south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding Dolomites and direct access to the communal garden.
The flat is located on the ground floor and can be reached by stairs from the street level and by lift from the garage.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Silva is the ancient Latin name for Selva di Val Gardena, the centre of which is home to this exclusive chalet built in 2023.
The Chalet Silva offers 4 high standard flats, all with balcony.
The location is nothing short of perfect: central, panoramic and very close to the Nives ski lift, which is approx. 300 metres away. Approx. 100 metres from the house you will immediately find the supermarket and the first restaurants, and a few steps further on you will already be in Piazza Nives.
During the winter, you can easily access the ski lifts (such as the Nives Children's Camp) and the ski bus stop, which are only 300 metres from the house. To return from the slopes of the Sellaronda, you will find a convenient ski trail that, snow conditions permitting, will take you directly to your skis just a few steps from the house. This location is ideal for exploring the enormous Dolomiti Superski ski area, a paradise for every ski enthusiast!
During the summer, the house enjoys a privileged position as the Val Gardena cycle path and the Val Gardena train walk pass right underneath it. This is particularly convenient for families with children or for those who prefer quiet walks. Just 100 metres from the house is a playground with a football pitch and basketball court, as well as an ice stadium.
In addition, for those who wish to explore the wonderful trails in the Dolomites, the Chalet is perfectly located, as the mountain trails begin just above the house. This makes the accommodation ideal for hiking and nature lovers.
Families with children will love the public playground, located right below the house, complete with football and basketball court and right next to the ice stadium.
There is also a sunny communal garden, where you can relax while admiring the majestic Dolomite peaks of Val Gardena.
The house has a parking space in the garage, ski room with boot warmer, Wi-Fi, linen and towels for free use.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).
Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra by credit card upon check-in.
The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°c).
The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).
It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.
Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.
If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.
The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
