This charming 100 m² house in Le Relecq-Kerhuon can accommodate up to 4 people.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor : - 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) and large dressing area - Utility room with washing machine - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC First floor : - Bedroom 2 : double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 3 : double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A beautiful 300 m² garden, fully enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Le Relecq-Kerhuon, in very pleasant surroundings.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate two vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful : - Nearest train station : Brest (8.5 km) - Nearest airport : Brest Bretagne (6 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
