Beautiful 42 m² apartment with a terrace, facing east/west, located on the first floor of a quiet residence in Wimereux with a private parking space.
Located close to shops (200 m from a supermarket, 5 minutes by car from the Wimereux Golf Course, the town center, and the seafront promenade), this recently renovated apartment will charm you with its brightness and breathtaking sea views.
Culinaryally and tastefully laid out, it comprises an entrance hall with a sleeping area (two 90x190 cm bunk beds), a bedroom (160x190 cm bed), a shower room, a separate toilet, and a living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, small freezer, combination microwave/grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
A lovely terrace facing the sea, accessible from both the living and dining areas, completes the apartment.

Mandatory cleaning at the end of your stay (otherwise, it's an optional extra for €80; a cleaning deposit is required for Airbnb bookings only). Bed linen and towels can be rented (inquire at the agency). Beds are equipped with duvets or blankets and pillows. IMPORTANT: If arriving on WEDNESDAY/SUNDAY/PUBLIC HOLIDAY: Keys will be handed over via a secure lockbox, subject to payment of the tourist tax and a security deposit at least 7 days in advance. Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Cleaning for 2-bedroom/3-bedroom apartments: €80. Property managed by a professional.

Un appartement avec une vue sur mer et une luminosité incroyable tout au long de la journée. La terrasse est magnifique, coucher de soleil au top et l’accès aux sentiers à pied juste en bas de l’immeuble est parfait.
L’appartement est bien aménagé, avec des éléments de qualité, avec des jeux de société et jeux pour enfants.

Excellent logement, fidèle au descriptif. Lits très confortables, matériel nécessaire sur place et de qualité. Touche surprise en plus: quelques jouets pour enfant - notre fils de 3 ans s’est régalé.
Vue magnifique sur la mer. Calme
Manque de wifi et le parasol ne résiste pas au vent
Linge de lit et serviettes en option (un peu cher pour 2-3 nuits)

Moins de 40 m carré . On a nettoyé nous même .
Très bel emplacement et beau bâtiment. Grande terrasse avec une vue superbe . Terrain de foot en bas et grand terrain pour laisser jouer les enfants . Des promenades et accès plage à 10 minutes .
