Bellevue is a lovely flat located in the centre of Varenna, a stone's throw from the lake, the characteristic 'Molo di sotto' beach, the picturesque 'Riva Grande', the famous lakeside promenade, and extremely close to the main tourist attractions as well as restaurants, shops, bars and clubs.
The furnishings are modern in style, with a mixture of light and dark tones of light grey furnishings and Italian design and modern antiques tending towards darker shades of grey and various shades of black, a combination that makes for a very elegant ambience.
On the upper floor is the entrance hall, the dining area with table and separate kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare delicious "Italian Style" dishes to be enjoyed on the lake view terrace, the ideal place to admire the wonderful sunsets over Lake Como. A lovely internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where you will find the master bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a spacious and cosy bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
The flat is just 300 metres from Varenna/Esino station with trains to and from Milan at all hours, and 100 metres from the landing stage that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and the whole of the lake centre.
Note: It can accommodate up to six people ▪ inside it is forbidden to smoke ▪ animals are not allowed ▪ not accessible to disabled people - garage only for small cars -

Clean and spacious accommodation overlooking Lake Como. Well equipped with everything needed for a short break. Easy walk from train station, ferry terminal and village.

This apartment is right on the main road running through Varenna and was a great spot for walking to restaurants, the train station and down to the water. Beds were comfortable, apartment was spotless and communication with host was excellent.
