An absolute highlight is the large, private terrace. You sit on the terrace and quietly hear the waves crashing. There is no better way to relax. Here you can relax during the day and let your eyes wander far and wide. Only the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The flat is ideally located, it is quiet and the fine sandy beach is only a stone's throw away. Along the pinewalk you will find a wide range of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. The centre of Puerto Pollensa is about a 10-minute walk away. The former fishing village with sandy beach offers a beautiful pedestrian promenade and a long fine sandy beach. Puerto Pollença is a tranquil place.
Families with children love the wide, gently sloping beach and the turquoise blue water. The bay of Pollença is also a popular spot for water sports. There is a sailing and kite school. On Wednesdays, the weekly market takes place on the Plaça.
