A long and difficult attempt to gain access as the codes were not sent. The owner's representative did not have the information required to get in without numerous phone calls. We received incorrrect information on how to get access. We received link to a digital key, but i turned out that we should have received a code for a keybox. Only after numerorus attemps and several calls to the host, we got the correct information and gained access to the apartment. Unprofessional and unacceptable handling!
