This carefully renovated country house of 165 m2 offers a beautiful holiday in a quiet location. It is a house on 3 levels, on the ground floor there is a living/dining room with fireplace and television, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and WC. On the lower floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with WC. It has a beautiful, landscaped garden, and you can comfortably stay here with family or friends.
The small village of Saint-Julien-du-Verdon offers natural beauty and plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Enjoy hiking in the surrounding countryside, with its rolling hills, scenic rivers and picturesque lakes. The village is close to the Verdon Regional Natural Park, one of the most beautiful and diverse natural areas in France, where you can practice hiking, kayaking and climbing. Additionally, Saint-Julien-du-Verdon is a popular destination for history buffs, with sites such as the Château de Gréoux-les-Bains, a well-preserved castle dating back to the 12th century. At the end of June and beginning of July, don't miss the lavender route with these shimmering-colored lavender fields. You will find a Lavender distillery in Barrême. A typical Provençal market takes place in Castellane and a farmers' market in Palud sur Verdon. The centre of Saint Andre des Alpes is 7 km away. The watersports adventure lovers can head 500 m for enjoying the different activities. The nearest bakery is 7 km away from where you can have delicious desserts. The restaurants at a short drive also offer tasty dishes and drinks.
Light the barbecue on pleasant summer evenings or prepare a meal of your choice in the simply equipped kitchen. Have a drink on the terrace or have fun around a game of petanque. The cozy living room has a decorative fireplace and parking is available at the property. The attic rooms are only accessible from the outside, as is the studio. The land is not fenced. In the well-equipped kitchen, prepare home-cooked meals. You can cosy up in the living area by the decorative fireplace.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen in den Bergen sehr ruhig, super zum entspannen. Im Nachbardorf guter Supermarkt. Einzig der Weg zum See zu Fuß führt an einer belebten Straßenkreuzung vorbei. Mit Kindern muß man schon aufpassen. Zu unserer Zeit war wenig Touristen am See.

Foto’s geven alleen het gerenoveerde gedeelte weer. 2e slaapkamer, toilet en badkamer is nog oude zooi. Ook jammer dat er 2 hele drukke wegen vlak voor de woning langs lopen. En vreemd dat er tussen alle pannen (heel veel) ook pannen zitten die niet op inductie werken. Mooie grote keuken die volgestouwd is met oude meuk. Wel een héél mooi uitzicht!

Die Fotos zeigen nur den renovierten Teil. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, die Toilette und das Badezimmer sind immer noch alt und heruntergekommen. Schade ist auch, dass zwei stark befahrene Straßen direkt vor dem Haus verlaufen. Und seltsam ist, dass sich unter all den Töpfen (und es sind wirklich viele)...
