It has a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
