It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 90 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood extra)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed and single bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Outside:
- A 30m² south-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A second 10m² terrace
- A beautiful 90 m² fully enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
A former Mecca of Impressionism, home to Claude Monet, Argenteuil is located on the right bank of the Seine in the Île de France region.
- Sights: Montmartre, Ile de la Cité, Le Marais, Parc de Bagatelle, Saint Germain en Laye, Disney Land Paris...
- Cultural visits: the Impressionist Trail (the blue route, to discover the landscapes made famous thanks to the paintings), Dinner Cruises in Paris (to discover the city of Paris over a good meal), guided tours of Paris and its monuments, the Louvre Museum...
- Events : Various shows and events throughout the year.
Transportation :
- Free parking in the streets around the house.
- Transilien line J, Val D'argenteuil stop (13min from St Lazare)
- Nearest train station: Argenteuil (2.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Paris Roissy CDG (31 km); Paris Orly (43 km)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied.

Black Bridge "Mooie vakantie woning maar er moet veel verbeterd worden
🙂 Locatie was voor de olympisch spelen voor ons fantastisch. Ook was er een terras en tuintje. Dus heerlijk om daar 2 weken te zijn met gezin. Badkamer was prima.
🙁 Het was er niet schoon, er lag veel stof op lampen, plinten etc....
