The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood extra) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double sofa bed and single bed - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside: - A 30m² south-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather - A second 10m² terrace - A beautiful 90 m² fully enclosed garden The house is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : A former Mecca of Impressionism, home to Claude Monet, Argenteuil is located on the right bank of the Seine in the Île de France region. - Sights: Montmartre, Ile de la Cité, Le Marais, Parc de Bagatelle, Saint Germain en Laye, Disney Land Paris... - Cultural visits: the Impressionist Trail (the blue route, to discover the landscapes made famous thanks to the paintings), Dinner Cruises in Paris (to discover the city of Paris over a good meal), guided tours of Paris and its monuments, the Louvre Museum... - Events : Various shows and events throughout the year. Emplacement calme. Le jardin a l'air très agréable quand il y a du soleil.. ce qui n'a pas été le cas, mais personne n'y peut rien. La maisonnette est agréable, bien décorée, bien équipée. Un peu compliqué de trouver une place de parking mais le voisin est charmant.
Un peu difficile de trouver la box sécurisée sous les plantes.

Bien équipé, jolie jardin clos
La maison manque de propreté que ce soit au sol mais aussi sur les meubles de cuisine. Le mur est moisi derrière le canapé. Très ennuyeux de ne pas disposer d une place de parking, il faut tourner un bon moment avant de trouver.

le logement est très bien il est garand propre facile a trouvé mais le problème les chaufages s'éteint chaque 30 mnt ils faut les ralumé ils fesais tres froid et y avait pas de couverture juste 2 couettes dans la chambre des enfants
