Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it features a lovely 24 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a lovely garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with sofa bed, pull-out double bed and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, fan, iron.
Outside : - A 2000 m² shared garden for the 82 homes in the residence.
The studio is ideally located in Neufchâtel-Hardelot, in very quiet, leafy surroundings close to the two golf courses and the equestrian centre. 1 km from the town centre, various shops, bakery, delicatessen, greengrocer, creamery, fishmonger's, butcher's, two bakeries, pastry shops, bars and restaurants... Activities : - Golf - Horse riding - Beach : 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot - Sailing and sailing club - Walks around Hardelot castle - Walk in the Hardelot forest - 20 km from Le Touquet Events nearby : Summer markets, Porsche concentration, Alpine Renault concentration, Harley Davidson concentration, summer concerts, enduropale du Touquet... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered private car park.
All car parks in Neufchâtel-Hardelot are free all year round throughout the town.
Other remarks : - An outside staircase to access the first floor of the studio. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement. Appartement très calme, identique aux photos, situé à 10 min de la plage en voiture et 25min à pied.
Prévoyez à l’avance votre heure d’arrivée et de départ pour avoir les instructions.
