We have this charming loft for rent in a former printing works, nestling in the heart of old Dinan, in the historic district. With a surface area of 120 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Accessed via a staircase in a courtyard, it comprises a pretty 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 110 m². - A mezzanine sleeping area overlooking the living room with two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine with dryer, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A 15 m² terrace at the entrance to the property, with outdoor furniture.
- A 110 m² enclosed south-east-facing garden with furniture for enjoying the fine weather. It offers superb views.
