Located in El Cotillo, the vacation home "Vistas Paraíso" offers guests a fantastic view of the Atlantic.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
A sofa bed is available; alternatively, the host can provide a folding bed if needed.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. The accommodation offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool and a children's pool (both unavailable until the end of June due to technical issues). Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has light and water-saving features. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer only.

Tolles Quartier mit großer Terasse & Grill

Die tolle Dachteresse war ein Highlight. Das Quartier liegt sehr gut und fast alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war toll und dass man einen Grill auf der Terasse hat, war auch sehr schön. Gute Kühlschrank-Tiefkühler Kombination. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen.
Wenig, im Großen, waren einige Kleinigkeiten, die fehlten, oder an denen man etwas tun müsste. Eine Lampe an der Herd-Ablüftung ging nicht und eine vor der Eingangstür. Im Bad waren einige der Schränke nicht mehr ganz gängig und in der Küche fehlten uns z.B. große & kleine Schüsseln .. aber nichts gravierendes. Das Wlan Signal hat recht stark geschwankt.
