Beautiful and bright apartment with a terrace in the splendid city of Bari, in Puglia.
The house is a studio apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, and it opens onto a spacious area furnished with a dining table, television, double bed, and a dresser for storing your personal belongings.
A door then leads to the bathroom with a shower, while on the opposite side is the kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts.
The highlight of the house is certainly the double exposure due to the two outdoor spaces: a small balcony next to the bed, and a large terrace equipped with sofas, a table, and an umbrella. *A tourist tax may be requested upon arrival or a few days before arrival, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
You will find all information related to your booking within the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Charming, rich in history, authentic: Bari is the capital of Puglia and is the most populous city overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
Also known as the "Gateway to the East," the city has a strong mercantile-entrepreneurial tradition and has always been a crucial hub for trade and contact with the Middle East.
The city's offerings are truly rich: ancient churches, romantic sea views, historic palaces, relaxing walks along the promenade, and, finally, local gastronomic treasures like orecchiette, focaccia, or panzerotti.
The discovery of the city certainly begins in the "Bari Vecchia" area, the oldest part of the city where most of the points of interest are located.
Visiting its historic center is like taking a step back in time.
Walking through the alleys of Bari Vecchia, you will come across Via Arcobasso, also known as Via Orecchiette, where local ladies prepare fresh local pasta according to ancient recipes.
Among the main attractions of the city are the Basilica of San Nicola, built at the end of the 11th century, a destination for pilgrimages and a symbol of Catholic and Orthodox culture, and the Norman-Swabian Castle, a legacy of Frederick II of Swabia, located between the sea and the historic center.
Furthermore, numerous Apulian destinations are easily reachable from this city, such as the city of Trani (50 km), with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, Castel del Monte (55 km), one of the 54 Italian sites designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Alberobello with its typical trulli (55 km), and Castellana Grotte (45 km).
Moving south, Polignano a Mare, known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic," will leave you speechless with its crystal-clear waters and rock carved by sea caves.
The accommodation is 1.5 km from the main train station and less than 20 km from Bari Airport.

Ruim en schoon appartement op goede locatie om lopend, met trein of bus Bari en omgeving te ontdekken. Gastvrouw sprak alleen Italiaans, maar deed alle moeite om uitleg te geven.
