The property has a private swimming pool and a covered porch with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing while sunbathing or enjoying a good book 🍹📖. The house has a living-dining room with air conditioning and Smart-TV, plus a sofa bed for an extra person, ideal if you are travelling with three people and prefer not to use the attic with access by wooden stairs. The indoor kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing your meals, complemented by a shaded outdoor kitchen for outdoor dining 🍳☀️.



The master bedroom, also air-conditioned, offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the accommodation has Wi-Fi connection to keep you connected. The entire plot is fenced for privacy and security, and includes a barbecue and outdoor parking within the building 🚗🔥.



The access road is unpaved, with uneven sections that may not be suitable for low profile sports cars; we advise you to consult with the agency if this is your case.
